For assessment collection services, uncontested foreclosure and covenant enforcement litigation services a flat fee is charged providing certainty and savings to HOA and Condominium Association client throughout the Orlando and Central Florida area. While the association will remain responsible for the payment of fees and costs incurred, the association will not be billed for our attorney's fees for collection services until such time as the lien foreclosure proceedings are concluded at sale, the defendants files for bankruptcy, or other events occur which make it impractical for the Kracht Law Firm to collect its fees directly from the homeowner.

  • Flat-Fee assessment collection, covenant enforcement and lien foreclosure services, which generally are not  billed to the HOA or Condo Association client until the matter is concluded.
